Getting Started
Do I need coding experience?
No. Everything on this site - the free tutorials, the Courses, and the APA Bootcamp - is built to be beginner-friendly and no-code/low-code first. Where a course does touch code (like Claude Code in the Claude Masterclass), it's guided step by step so prior programming experience isn't required.
Which platform should I start with?
If you're brand new to this space, start with What is APA? and APA vs RPA to get the vocabulary straight, then pick one platform tutorial (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, or Copilot Studio) based on what your workplace already uses or what's more in demand in your target job market. Are the tutorials in the sidebar free?
Yes. Everything under "Getting Started" and the individual platform sections (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Copilot Studio) is free to read. The paid Courses, APA Bootcamp, and Claude Masterclass go deeper with structured curriculum, hands-on projects, live sessions, and direct support.
Courses & Bootcamp
What's the difference between a Course, the Bootcamp, and the Claude Masterclass?
Courses are focused, self-paced modules on a single platform or skill (for example, UiPath Agentic Automation or n8n for Beginners). The APA Bootcamp is a longer, multi-platform program covering five enterprise automation platforms end to end. The Claude Masterclass is a live, 2-day cohort-based deep dive specifically on Claude and Claude Code. Many people take a course or two, then the bootcamp, then the masterclass - they're built to complement each other, not replace one another.
Are the courses self-paced or live?
It depends on the course - check the format listed on each course's detail page in the Courses catalog. Most standalone courses are self-paced so you can go at your own speed, while the Claude Masterclass runs as a live cohort with real-time Q&A.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes, for the Claude Masterclass - a certificate of completion is issued at the end of the cohort. Check individual course pages for whether a specific course includes one.
How do I enroll?
Enrollment happens through our checkout partner - clicking "Enroll Now" on any course, the bootcamp, or the masterclass page redirects you to complete signup and payment securely.
Payments & Refunds
What's the refund policy?
All purchases are final once enrolled, except if a cohort or session is cancelled from our end - in that case you get a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort. See the full Refund Policy for details.
